Autobot Cliffjumper by Jin-Saotome Autobot Cliffjumper by Jin-Saotome
Cliffjumper was created from a Reveal the Shield Bumblebee and WFC Cliffjumper head with new horns. Tamiya spray lacquer was used for the main red coat and gave him a perfect shine. I removed the seats on his legs and modded the thighs/back of knees so the legs have more range of motion allowing him to get into a running pose. The arm and leg panels are removable giving him a real G1 look! Add some giant guns that he\'s always pulling out of thin air in the cartoon and this Cliffjumper is ready to blast some Decepticons to bits!

Looks pretty slick bud! Did you tape over the racing stripes or repaint them? And is that a black wash over the red or just uber fine detail work? Trying to do this one myself, freakin Cliff is 80 bucks plus now and old bumbles is still 8. Dig all your work. Real inspiration to just go do this stuff. Hasta!

Nah, I handpaint all my lines really carefully. But you could tape them, just use Tamiya spray lacquer

Do the arm doors have a place to store on him if you decide to remove them?

Yeah, great figure, makes me think of the first few minutes of Transformers: Prime. The ONLY good parts I saw with The Rock voicing Cliffjumper... too bad he was so cool that they had to kill him, then zombi-fie him, then kill him again, and again finally.... They literately beat his death, to death...

Not a bad rendition of Cliffjumper there, Jin!

Nicely done! The black stripes look a lot better than the weird silver flame things the original Jumper had.

Here's an interesting side note with the classics 'Bee mold which I didn't know - The guy who designed it said he's supposed to look like he's wearing a hoody with pockets and big chunky sneakers!
