It's a Flood Infected Grunt! His tendrily things were made from the smoke wisps on a Spiderman Mysterio base so I didn't have to sculpt those and they're flexible. I drilled holes in the end and added wire for the flood sensors. The rest of the flood infection parts were hand sculpted with Aves Fixit sculpt so they blended in with the normal Grunt features. I had to hack his head off and move it to the right then take off his lower jaw and sculpt the torn mouth. The very last pic shows a normal Grunt straight outta the package and then my customized version. Enjoy!
