I'm still trying to figure out the best design for a Marvel Universe scale Deadpool and here's what I've come up with so far. The upper body is the Wolverine Origins Deadpool with a new ball jointed neck. Hands are from the GI Joe POC Cobra Shock Trooper for dual-wrist joint action. I sawed DP's waist in half and sawed apart a MU Ghost Rider to serve as his lower body/legs. The feet were from the WO Deapool as well. His bandoleer was made from the WO DP harness and a GI Joe Tiger Force Duke harness. Right hip holster/swords were from a POC Snake Eyes. Now this Deadpool can achieve almost any pose!

Oh how I want to buy some Deadpool figures that are even half as high a quality as yours here.

Personally, I like versions of him with brown pouches, and I agree with some of the commentators here that the addition of some yellow speech bubbles would be fantastic. One way that comes to my mind that a good "floating in midair near him" look could be achieved is by utilizing similar clear plastic stands like this figure from the Japanese Figma line of poseable figures. But again, this is just from an outsider's viewpoint; I've no firsthand experience on which to back splicing these products for the purposes of making an custom figure.

Ah! I need to pick up some of those figma stands except they're import items and usually cost $10. If I could only find them cheaper

Hmm. That could be a problem if you buy them en mass. A friend of mine buys figures a lot so she's fairly knowledgeable about these things, so I'll give her a ring and see if, like, she knows of a site or some such that offers figma stands in bulk.

Where did the guns come from? Specifically the one in 3 and 6.

Hmmm, a Pursuit of Cobra GI Joe figure of some sort. I really don't pay attention to who comes with what weapons with Joes, they just go into a tub of guns. Sorry

Yeah range of motion is what he's going with those I think, i think they work great, and if it's just the knees that look funky it's all good cause the overall work is pure epicness ;P
