Magneto Base by Jin-Saotome Magneto Base by Jin-Saotome
My Marvel vs Capcom Magneto Custom with base. Made from a DC Superheroes Superman, old ML Magneto Helmet, and Apoxie sculpted details. All sorts of stuff went into his base there from a Sentinel foot to Matrix bases.

I was wondering... have you thought about making figures from casts of existing figures? I am wanting to start this process and found a good reservoir of ML figures to work from. This way, you wouldn't have to tear up old figures to make new ones. I am asking you this because I am a HUGE fan of you work and want to do this for my own collection or to maybe help and assist customizers such as yourself.

I also love your MvC stuff. Your Gambit is 100% badass.

The resin available to do this is A: expensive and B: doesn't hold up for joints nearly as well as pvc. So in the end I decided to go with durability and pick factory base bodies.

So when you need a head cast, do you use resin or something else entirely?

I usually get a friend to cast them for me in resin, yeah.
