It's Spidey! Made to look like the brightly-colored videogame sprite. He's made of... hmmm... 4 different Spiderman figures and apoxie-sculpted sections to give him that disproportionate look.

I love that Spiderman sprite from the MvC(or any fighting game Capcom did with him) series. You captured that look perfectly XD!! You can almost see him pop into that "wall-crawl-crouch" pose he's in by default.
