Whirlwind was articulated the same way I do the rest of my Skylanders, with a combination of Hobby Base ball joints, Star Wars/GI Joe joints, and screws for cut-joint-plugs. I turned her base into a flight stand and created a little clear plastic rainbow blast that attaches to her horn.
