Trying to figure out what to give your mom for Mother's Day? Get her a mind-controlling interstellar starfish! That's right, Starro the Conqueror needs a host and who better than your mom who's been on your back about that dirty room!

I created Starro out of a pair of large sterling silver starfish earrings, drilling out the center and inserting a clear optical bead with the inside hole painted black. This way the eye 'follows' you around as you look at it! The eyelids were other parts of sterling silver that were carved, buffed, and soldered on. A little bit of black detailing later and Starro the Conqueror was ready! Happy Mother's day Mom, heheheh...

Yeah, I actually really like it. I've been looking for an all day everyday necklace, still haven't seen anything that amazes me. My favourite colour is green, maybe a green eye!
