This guy has guts

Part of my GI Joe 'Alterverse' where anything and everything can happen! If you read the bios, they kinda make a story.

Beings known as Repliods were joining their side under control of a mad doctor that Cobra Commander had formed an alliance with...some fellow named Wiley."
