Here's my first Final Fantasy custom, Zack Fair from FFVII and Crisis Core! He was made from the Play Arts Cloud Strife body, Kingdom Hears Axel head/hands, and pieces of Cloud's hair. I constructed his Buster Sword from the original Buster Sword that came with Cloud, then cut styrene sheeting into the different plate sections and sculpted a new hilt. His right shoulder strap was sculpted to match the left one and the shoulderpads came from a new Iron Man Movie Titanium Man.

One paint job later he was finished! Matches up perfectly to the current line of Play Arts figures too.

ROCK ON... you freaking NAILEd the buster sword there man... I was wondering if you were gunna the first sword too. you gotta get a side shot, I cant tell if his bangs are right, but I think they are, SIDE ANGLE NOW JIN!

Check your Wal Mart for the new IM figs, that's where I found them. Iron Monger open cock pit is cool but still kinda sucks. They got rid of ALL head articulation and now it's a soft-sculpted part of the torso with this big seam line running through it. Totally disappointed me. But if you can somehow swap out the upper neck/head with the old IM, the legs are super articulated and work great.

And yup, the bangs (or bang, I did the version where he just has one) is at the right angle and everything. I'll snap some more pics when my auctions end, have him and Cloud standing back to back or something.

you should throw that pic up before the auction ends so you dont get 100 dudes asking the same thing I just did.

Actually I did see the new monger, but that was it. They just restocked like 100 Mark 1 and 2's maybe I should dig deaper...

Those shoulder pads work well
