You Terrible Little Hooligan

Hey it's Hooligan! The original Hooligan was a 'Cyberjet' G2 toy and about the size of the scout class. Here I took an Animated Sunstorm and created a Voyager sized one. The wings were cut, flipped, and trimmed to face the proper direction and I resculpted SS's face. I tried to get it as close to the G2 theme as I could with the black underside of the wings and stripes. However I didn't want to make one arm black so I went and made both missile launchers black.
